PSYCH WARD is an homage to 70s horror films like HALLOWEEN and FRIDAY THE 13th written for a new generation raised on active shooter drills.

A tormented teen, wrongly committed to rehab must stop a psychotic killer before she becomes the final victim.

Kristen is a smart and diligent student who, through association with the wrong crowd, gets committed to Gloryhall Residential Treatment Center for Troubled Teens.

She has difficulty coping with her new situation. Besides not fitting in with the truly troubled residents, she must deal with the callous nurses and lecherous doctor who runs the facility. Then there are the stories of the infamous "Nurse Hatchet" who haunts the center killing staff and residents. She pays little mind to the foolish tales, but when she witnesses an abduction, and no one believes her, she becomes determined to discover the truth about the legendary psycho nurse.

After several more mysterious disappearances, Kristen and friends to sneak into the abandon psychiatric ward, where she witnessed the first abduction. As they search the ward, each meets a horrible fate. Finally Kristen comes face to face with the killer, the young nurse who, as it turns out, had been tortured in the psych ward years earlier.

In an epic battle, Kristen uses the old electro-shock therapy machine to smoke the psycho nurse with a two-thousand-volt jolt of electricity.

Four months later, Kristen is seen entering the Riverdale School of Nursing. Will Kristen be there to help the next generation of troubled teens or seek revenge as did her predecessor?
